When will my order ship?
All orders have a 24 to 48-hour processing time before the shipping method is applied. Orders ship Monday through Friday (holidays may vary).
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Use the soft, clean cloth cloth provided to gently wipe away any residue or fingerprints, ensuring each piece remains as stunning as the day you got it.
How do I store my jewelry?
When not wearing your bracelet or ring, place it individually in the provided microfiber box to prevent it from scratching.
Can I wear my jewelry in the water?
Avoid wearing your gold-plated jewelry in water. While it's
water-resistant, keeping it dry prolongs its longevity.
What If I'm Not Available When My Order Is Delivered?
If for some reason you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with information about the next delivery attempt. If again you are not available for the next delivery attempt, then it will be returned to the local depot and be held there for collection - details will be provided on the card. You can also contact the carrier via phone number provided on the card.
When will my refund be processed?
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refunds are processed through the method of original payment within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank/credit card with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. It may take a few days for your refund to be posted to your account.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders placed cannot be canceled. Items can be returned after receipt for a full refund. Please check out our return and refund policies.
